Shelf Life: Best within 1 year for maximum germination
Planting Instructions:
Pre-soaking: Optional, soak seeds in warm water for 12-24 hours to speed up germination.
Sowing: Start indoors 2-4 weeks before the last frost or sow outdoors when soil reaches 60°F (16°C). Plant seeds 1/2 inch deep, spaced 12 inches apart in rows 36 inches apart or 18 inches apart for trellises.
Germination: Maintain soil temperature between 70-95°F (21-35°C). Seeds usually germinate in 7-10 days. Keep soil moist but not waterlogged.
Transplanting: Transplant seedlings after the last frost and once they have 2 true leaves. Gradually acclimate seedlings over 7-10 days.
Care and Maintenance: Water consistently, especially during flowering and fruiting. Mulch to retain moisture and suppress weeds.
Harvesting: Harvest cucumbers 50-70 days after planting, when firm and green. Regular harvesting encourages continuous production.
