WHEN TO PLANT: Italian Dandelion should be planted directly outdoors once the weather is warm and all risk of frost has passed.
LIGHT: These plants thrive in full sunlight for most of the day. Ideal temperatures for growth are between 65°F and 70°F.
SOIL: Italian Dandelion is not very particular about soil but grows best in a moderately well-drained medium.
SOW: Sprinkle the seeds on the soil surface and lightly cover with about 1/8" of topsoil. A bit of direct sunlight will aid in germination.
GERMINATION: Seeds will begin to germinate within 7 to 14 days after sowing.
