Cut larger seed potatoes into pieces, each containing at least 2-3 eyes. Allow them to dry and form a protective callus for 1-2 days before planting.

Sowing:

Dig trenches or individual holes 4-6 inches deep and space seed potatoes 12-15 inches apart, with rows spaced 2-3 feet apart.
